The Bladed Lady killed ten men
Now ten more men pursued her
So towards the Valley Low she ran
Escape into the fire
Up mountains steep she ran so fast
You'd think she's on the level
The men knew strength like that can't last
So they went slow and careful
At mountain's peak a sheer rock wall
They had her now, they reckon
But up she climbed, and did not fall
Perhaps they chased a demon
They made their careful way around
As reckless she fled onward
The slope so steep that she slid down
A wonder she's uninjured
Ahead of her she saw a glow
Uncanny light was shining
And so her pace began to slow
And soon her knees were shaking
The Blue Haunt loomed before her then
No words could scarce describe it
She turned back towards the band of men
No thought but to escape it
A thousand times the county jail
She thought as she was fleeing
A thousand times her quest to fail
Than face what she was facing
